Well, we had another meeting on August 20th and there was a total of 7 that attended. We made alot of headway. Went through a list of businesses to start hitting up donations. Updated the rest of the committee on what had been planned so far.

If anyone works for a company that would be interested in donating anything, please feel free to ask them. As an individual, if you have anything you would be interested in donating, please feel free.

If donating anything, please provide a name and address so I can send thank you notes when the event is over.

We have 34 days left until the Benefit. I am really looking forward to it.

Update

After meeting with Merri, from Amazing Grace Lutheran Church, we are off to a great start on planning.

Here is what it will consist of: Food, Silent Auction, and Bake Sale.

It is on Sunday September 27th, 2009 at Drkulas in Inver Grove Heights from 1-5pm


Donations can all be brought to any TCF location or mailed.
If giving donation directly to bank, please make sure you tell them you want to deposit in the "Dave Alan Johnson Benefit Fund".
